Baby Rough'S Rosemary Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. golden raisins
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Simmer milk, raisins and rosemary in pan.
    Remove from heat, add butter to melt.
    Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Beat egg into the cooled milk mixture.
    Add to the dry ingredients, mix slightly until dry ingredients are moist.
    Spoon into greased muffin cups, 1/3 full, then put 3/4-inch cube cream cheese in the center.
    Cover with remaining mix.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 12 muffins.
