Caramel Pecan Pie(From Watkinsville Garden Club Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)
    1 c. pecan halves
    1/2 c. Kraft caramel topping, divided
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    additional nuts (for topping)
Preparation
    Place 1 cup nuts in bottom of pastry shell and cover with half of caramel topping.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
    Pour over topping.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes; cool.
    Garnish with additional 1/2 topping, drizzled over top and additional nuts.
