Brownies(Low-Fat, Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. natural applesauce
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix the applesauce and the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
