Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag hash browns
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter or oleo
Preparation

Saute onion in butter in a large baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
Add 2 cans water with the soup and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Add cheese to top of casserole and bake for 15 minutes.
Total cooking time 1 hour.
