Tomato Dressing(Salt Free, Oil Free, Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salt-free tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic (optional)
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients into a small jar, with a tightly fitting lid.
    Seal the jar and shake well to mix ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow dressing to thicken.
    Excellent on simple green salads.
