Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium peppers
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion (or more, if desired)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
paprika to taste
Preparation

Slice stems from bell peppers and scoop out seeds, etc. Add salt
and
pepper
to insides, to taste.
Put peppers into boiling water for 2 to 4 minutes and drain well.
