Chinese Soyameat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 onion, chopped and simmered in water until tender
    1 c. cubed white Soyameat (can use FriChik)
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
    2 c. cooked white rice
    2 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 c. broken cashews (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and top with potato chips, dry Chinese noodles or croutons.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in deep dish or less time in shallow dish.
