Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream together the brown sugar, molasses, Crisco and egg.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix together.
Roll in ball and sugar before baking.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
They will appear not to be done.
Makes soft cookies.
