Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans artichoke hearts
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    12 oz. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Chop artichokes; drain well.
    Place in mixing bowl.
    Add mayonnaise, pepper and cheese.
    Spoon into ungreased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown (20 to 30 minutes).
    Serve hot with crackers or toasted pieces of Italian bread.
