My Aunt'S Large Crock Spiced Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers to fit 2 inches below liquid
    1 gal. cold vinegar
    1/4 lb. ground mustard
    6 hot green peppers
    1/2 lb. brown sugar
    1 oz. whole cloves
    1 oz. celery seed
    1/2 lb. salt
    2 oz. mustard seed
    1 doz. button onions
    1 oz. cassia buds
    1 oz. whole allspice
Preparation
    Wash and dry cucumbers.
    Mix all ingredients above together. Put enough cucumbers into mixture so that they are about 2 inches below the liquid.
