Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pancake mix
1 c. pared apples, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. maple syrup
4 Tbsp. light cream
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Makes 1 cup.
Serve with sour cream for brunch.
