Baked Fish Fillets With Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter, margarine or salad oil
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Sauterne
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 lb. fresh or frozen cod or haddock fillets
Preparation

In double boiler, saute onion in butter; stir in flour, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and milk.
Cook over boiling water until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Pour Sauterne into 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt; pour on salt.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, basting 3 times.
Sprinkle with parsley.
