Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. shrimp, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. green onions, minced
    4 Tbsp. shoyu
    6 gloves garlic, minced
    salt, pepper and m.s.g. to taste
Preparation
    Mix pork and beef together.
    Add chopped onion and saute.
    Add shrimp and cook 1 more minute. Add beaten eggs and cool. Add mushrooms, carrots, onion, shoyu, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
    Use only about 1 heaping tablespoonful on a wrapper. Always cool filling before wrapping, otherwise wrapper will fall apart.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
