French Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks soft oleo
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 bag coconut
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and butter.
    Add flour, flavor, buttermilk and coconut.
    Pour half into each shell and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour on 275\u00b0.
