German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
5 c. peeled and thinly sliced apples
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into a large bowl; set aside.
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla into a large mixer bowl.
Beat on low speed until well blended.
Add dry ingredients, mixing until well blended.
Fold in apples and walnuts.
Spoon into a well-greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done (batter will be very thick).
