Pasta Pesto Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. walnuts
3 cloves garlic
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation

In food processor, process walnuts and garlic until smooth. Thaw and drain spinach.
Add spinach and all remaining ingredients to walnuts and garlic and process until smooth.
Spoon over choice of cooked pasta.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
