Parsley Pinwheel Loaf - cooking recipe

1 pkg. hot roll mix
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Prepare hot roll mix with one egg and let rise. Beat other egg in a cup. Stir in cheese. Heat remaining ingredients in small saucepan until greens wilt. Cool and blend in beaten egg mix. Punch down dough. Knead a few times. Roll out to an 18 x 6 rectangle. Spread with parsley mix. Roll jelly fashion and place seam side down in greased 9 x 5 x 3 pan. Cover. Let rise again until double in size (about 45 minutes). Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bread gives a hollow sound when tapped.
