Dr. Bird'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (8 oz.) can undrained, crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped nuts, divided
    2 c. chopped bananas
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, mixing well.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas. Spoon into 3 well-greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely.
    Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
