Barbecued Spareribs(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. onion, finely grated
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
6 lb. spareribs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except spareribs, in a blender or large, lidded jar, and blend or shake until mixture is thoroughly combined.
Place the ribs in a large, shallow baking pan and cover them with the sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil and marinate at room temperature for several hours.
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Leave the foil in place and bake for 45 minutes; uncover and bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve, cut in portions of 2 to 3 ribs.
