Pasta Chicken Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. whipping (heavy) cream
    1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Place bacon in 3-quart casserole.
    Cover with paper towel and microwave on High 8 to 12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, until crisp.
    Remove bacon with slotted spoon; drain and reserve.
    Drain fat, reserving 1 tablespoon in casserole.
    Stir onion and garlic into fat in casserole.
    Cover tightly and microwave 1 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and microwave 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Toss with bacon.
