Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup; cook over low heat, stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.
Cool and then add eggs, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Pour filling into pie shell and top with nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
