Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, drained and cooled
    1 bunch green onions, cut into small pieces
    1 bunch parsley, washed, drained and snipped in sections
    1 head lettuce, washed and drained and broken into bite size pieces
    1 c. melted margarine
    1 can anchovies (2 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. Absinthe or 1 tsp. anise or 4 oz. Pernod
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor and chop finely.
    Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
    Puree until all ingredients are smoothly blended into a sauce.
