Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 c. cut up, boiled chicken
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Preparation

Melt margarine in pot. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until thickened, stirring at same time. Add cut up chicken (boiled). Just before serving, add 2 tablespoons cooking sherry. Serve over rice.
