Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. Quaker quick oats (uncooked)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Cooking meatballs on the stove requires constant attention. Instead, arrange uniformly sized meatballs (you can use a small ice cream scoop to measure) in a shallow, greased baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, no turning necessary.
    Simply add your favorite sauce and continue cooking until done.
