Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. toasted almonds (optional)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 c. dark rum
    4 egg yolks
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water in a small pan and boil for 3 minutes. With steel blade in place, add cream to the mixing container of food processor.
    Process until very thick whipping cream forms, about 1 minute.
    Transfer to 2-quart mold.
