Texas Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten well
3 cans (4 oz.) green chilies (chopped and drained)
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Grate cheese, put 1/2 in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with chilies. Top with other half of cheese. Mix eggs with Worcestershire, pour over cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let cool until it falls out of dish.
