Buffet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (No. 2) can pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add pineapple with juice. Chill until slightly thick. Mix rest of ingredients and fold into congealed Jell-O. Mold in pan or muffin pans. Serves 12.
