Farmer'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 c. grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix together corn, sour cream, milk, butter, egg and Jiffy mix.
    Pour into a baking dish coated with Pam non-stick spray. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
