Amaretto Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    4 Tbsp. Amaretto
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped and divided
Preparation
    Heat sugar in water until dissolved.
    Set aside.
    Mix eggs, salt and chocolate in blender.
    Add sugar mixture slowly.
    Blend until thickened.
    Cool.
    Add Amaretto. fold in 3/4 of whipped cream.
    Pour into small wine glasses.
    Chill 4 hours.
    Before serving, spoon a dollop of whipped cream on each serving.
