Lazy-Way Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    1 small tomato, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. low-fat Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated (3 oz.)
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 medium egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toast bread, cut into cubes and arrange in bottom of small casserole.
    Arrange tomatoes on top of bread cubes.
    Sprinkle cheese over tomatoes.
    Mix in small bowl milk, egg, mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread, cheese and tomatoes.
    Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 2 servings.
