Honey Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. honey
    3 c. scalded milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt and honey.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour in custard cups; sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Place cups in pan of hot water and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until set.
    (If desired, instead of using custard cups, pour into a large mold and bake as above for 45 minutes.)
