River Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced longways with peelings on
    bacon
    onion
    green pepper
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Line large pan with foil.
    Layer, starting with potatoes, then bacon, sliced onion and sliced pepper.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
