Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix butter,
1 cup flour and powdered sugar, thoroughly and put in 8 x\t8-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Mix eggs, lemon juice, lemon rind, sugar, flour and baking powder. Spread over crust.
Bake
at
325\u00b0
for
25 minutes.
Cool and dust with confectioners
sugar.
Can\tbe
doubled
and bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
