Beth Harris'S Slimming Quiche(This Is Quick, Easy, Good Hot Or Cold, And Dietetic Too.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted in strainer over bowl
    1 c. skim milk*
    4 medium or 3 large eggs
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt, if desired (cheese topping may be salty enough for low-salt taste)
    1 c. grated cheese (any kind)
Preparation
    *Note:
    Add to spinach juice enough water to make 1 cup and blend in 1/3 cup dry milk powder, if desired.
