Mexicorn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 small cans Mexicorn
8 to 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green onions
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix above ingredients together. Taste to see if you need to add any salt. Add salt if needed.
