Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (with chives if desired)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water.
    Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; beat until light and fluffy.
    Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator.
    Use anytime within 2 weeks.
