Burger Mix Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry chickpeas
    1/4 c. dry soy beans
    1/4 c. lentils
    1/4 c. peanuts
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/4 c. oats
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. soy flour
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of your favorite spice
Preparation
    Grind the beans, nuts, seeds and oats in the blender to consistency of coarse flour.
    For best results, process only 1/2 cup at a time.
    Combine mixture with remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Store in a covered container at cool room temperature or refrigerate.
