Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked potatoes, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. green onions
Preparation
    Combine salt, cottage cheese and sour cream in blender.
    Blend and pour over potatoes and onions.
    Sprinkle American cheese on top and bake in 2 quart casserole for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
