Sherry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 onion, diced
    2 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. sherry
    2 Tbsp. olive oil (add more if needed)
Preparation
    Coat chicken with mixture of flour, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
    Brown chicken in olive oil.
    Remove chicken and brown onion until clear.
    Add sherry, bouillon and chicken.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
