Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. grated and peeled zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs and oil; mix well.
    Add flour, cinnamon and allspice.
    Fold in zucchini and nuts.
    Grease two loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
