Scot'S And Mike'S Skillet Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    4 trout, dressed and boned
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped green onions (optional)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Into pie plate, pour milk.
    On waxed paper, place flour.
    Dip fish in milk, then in flour to coat.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, get oil hot.
    Cook fish, turning carefully with pancake turner once, for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Place on warm plate.
