Chocolate Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    Beat the first ten ingredients together, then stir in carrots and coconut.
    Spoon into Bundt pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 or 55 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Serves 16.
