1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 lemon slices (optional)
hot cooked rice
Preparation

In a 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Stir in soup mix blended with water and lemon juice. Arrange lemon slices on chicken. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is done.
To serve, arrange chicken over rice and spoon sauce over chicken.
