Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 small onion
1 can cream of celery soup
3 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
cornstarch or flour (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut up fresh broccoli in small pieces or use frozen broccoli. Cook until crisp-tender along with small onion.
Use small amount of water when cooking.
Then add cream of celery soup (do not dilute).
Add milk and heat.
Add grated Cheddar cheese and heat together.
You can thicken with cornstarch or flour, if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
