Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can beef bouillon soup
    2 to 3 cans mushroom soup
    potatoes, quartered and peeled (as many as desired)
    carrots, quartered and peeled (as many as desired)
Preparation
    Place roast in baking dish; salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and carrots.
    Mix soups together (in blender or food processor).
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cover with foil.
    Punch holes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 hours.
