Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 minced garlic cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (wide)
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown chuck in skillet until crumbly.
    Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, green onions and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
    Mix well.
    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
    Alternate layers of noodles, meat mixture and cheese mixture in 8 x 8 x 2 baking pan or dish until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
