Crab Bisque Or Oyster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Maryland crabmeat or 1 pt. shucked oysters with liqueur
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. minced onion (instant)
    12 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove cartilage
    from
    crabmeat if making crab soup or put oysters with
    liqueur
    in
    small
    pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
