Western Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck, crumbled
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to suit taste
    enough vegetable oil to cover bottom of frypan
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; divide into four portions and drop into hot frypan.
    Flatten with spatula; turn when brown.
    When other side is brown, remove from frypan and put on bun or bread slices.
    Great with ketchup.
