Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 c. chipped apples
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs together.
Add flour.
Add vanilla, pecans, coconut and apples.
Bake in tube pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Grease pan if desired.
