French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
    2 equal sweeteners
    1 slice diet bread
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
    sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly and dip diet bread on both sides into mixture.
    Heat nonstick skillet with 1 teaspoon oil and place dipped bread inside.
    Brown on both sides.
    (You can use canola spray instead of oil, if you choose.)
    Sprinkle with Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement lightly on top and serve.
    Makes 1 serving.
